For Calming Body Massage: Mix 2 drops with 50ml SPA CEYLON Virgin Coconut natural oil, heat & apply.

For Aromaveda Benefits: At bed time, mix 3 drops & 50 ml water into oil burner, leave to heat & let aroma spread all over bed room. Helps refresh, relax & calm senses.
