How many Spa Ceylon locations exist?
Spa Ceylon located at CF Fairview Mall is the first location to exist in Canada. However, Spa Ceylon has 120 stores in 24 countries, inclusive of Sri Lanka.
Purchases
Do I have to create an account to purchase products on the website?
No, you do not need to create an account in order to complete your purchase. At time of check out you will be prompted to choose between purchasing by logging in or via guest. However, by creating/registering an account you will be able to enjoy the following incentives: quick access to your order status, order history, receiving personally tailored offers.
How do I cancel or change my order?
Once an order is placed, it is on its way right away! Unfortunately, changes to orders are not possible after they have been placed. If you would like to return or exchange part of your order, please visit us in store or refer to our Return/Exchange policy.
What payments do you accept on the website?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Debit, and Gift Card.

Can I make a purchase using cash?
Our products can be purchased using cash in store only.
Do you sell gift cards or gift certificates?
Yes, we offer gift cards and e-gift cards. Physical gift cards can be purchased in-store only and e-gift cards can be purchased online.
Can gift cards be returned once purchased?
No. Unfortunately, once a gift card is purchased it can no longer be returned. All gift card purchases are FINAL SALE.
Does the gift card have an expiry date?
No. Once purchased gift cards are treated like cash and do not have an expiry date.
Can I reload an existing gift card?
Yes, you can reload your Spa Ceylon gift card in store and check your balance via our website. Please refer to Gift Cards
I lost my gift card/e-gift cards, can you replace it?
Sorry, all gift cards are not replaceable if lost, stolen, or damaged. Please note that we are unable to reissue
gift cards or e-gift cards that have been lost or stolen.
Same Day Pick-Up/In-Store Pick-Up
Do we offer in-store pick up options?
Yes, products purchased before 4pm can be picked up in store, if the product is available. Please contact our store to confirm product availability prior to completing your order.
When can I pick my items?
You will receive an email when your items are ready for pickup, typically within two hours. If you ordered after
4pm, your order will be ready the next morning after store opening. A piece of ID will be requested at time of pick-up.
Can I have someone else pick up my order?
You may forward your “Order Ready for Pickup” email to whomever you would like to pick up your order. Your order can be picked up using that email. If the pickup person does not have the email and a piece of ID, they will not be able to pick up the order.

What is Ayurveda?
Ayurvedic medicine (“Ayurveda” for short) is one of the world's oldest holistic (“whole-body”) healing
systems. It was developed more than 3,000 years ago in the Indian subcontinent. The sages of India developed
Ayurveda, which continues to be one of the worlds most sophisticated and powerful mind-body health systems.
More than a mere system of treating illness, Ayurveda is a science of life. The term Ayurveda is derived from
the Sanskrit words “Ayus” & “Veda” "Ayus" means life and "Veda" means knowledge or science. The term
“Ayurveda" thus means 'the knowledge of life' or 'the science of life'.
Ayur = Life and Veda = Science or Knowledge
Ayurveda is based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between the mind, body,
and spirit. Its main goal is to promote good health and well-being.
Are your products organic?
No, we cannot claim organic as we do not have organic certification for all the ingredients. However, our
active ingredients are 100% natural
Are your products vegetarian?
Yes, our products are 100% vegetarian.
Are your products vegan?
No, our products are not 100% vegan as some of our products contain Bees wax or honey.
Are your products animal cruelty free?
Yes, our cosmetics or other commercial products are animal cruelty-free. We manufacture and develop using methods which do not involve cruelty to animals.
Are your products sulfate free?
No, our products are not 100% sulfate free yet. We are transitioning to make our products sulfate free in the
near future. Currently, our shower gels still contain sulfates, however, our new hair care and baby care ranges
are sulfate free.
Are your products paraben and paraffin free?
Yes, our products are 100% paraben and paraffin free.
Are your products alcohol free?
No, all the Ayurveda formulae products are alcohol free except for the Eau de Ceylon & perfume ranges.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only offer Canada wide shipping. We don't yet ship internationally, but hopefully we will

What are your shipping charges and delivery estimates?
Shipping and delivery estimates will be calculated at checkout. Please refer to Shipping & Returns
Do you offer free shipping?
We do not offer free shipping at this time but hopefully we will someday! Make sure to follow us on instagram

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we offer expedited/express shipping. The cost will be calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with a Spa Ceylon purchase or gift for any reason, Spa Ceylon welcomes
you to:
Returns with Original receipt:
Unopened products can be returned for a full refund to your original method of payment if returned within 30 days of purchase.
Opened products can be returned for a full refund/exchange if returned within 7 days. After 7 days, we cannot offer any refunds/exchanges or store credit for opened products.
Returns with No receipt:
Unopened products can be exchanged or given store credit if returned within 30 days of purchase
Opened products are not eligible for refunds/exchanges or store credits.
Returns with Gift receipt:
Unopened products can be exchanged or given store credit if returned within 30 days of purchase

How do I return purchases made through the website?
Online purchases can be returned via:
