Opened and unopened¹ online purchases can be easily returned in two ways:

• In-store at CF Fairview Mall
• By mail if you use our pre-paid return shipping label
  • Full refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
  • Store credit will be issued through an e-gift card
  
  **Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on original shipping charges.

Please allow 30 days for your return to be processed if sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been approved and processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

Return Label

• Using the link above indicate which products will be returned and the reason for each return
• Package the product(s) you have selected will be returned in the manufacturer's product box and pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
• Print the Prepaid Return Label from the link above and mail your return via Canada Postal Service (Canada Post).
• Track your order using the link above.
• You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.

Returns must be received within 7 or 30 days² of purchase. Items shipped to Spa Ceylon Canada outside of the returns window will no longer be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

It takes up to 30 days to process returns and credit your account or to issue an online store credit. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
